It's not an exact thing...obviously I change a LOT, but here is the basic recipe I go off of:
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c butter
2 eggs
1 c (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c milk
1 t vanilla
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
This comes from a Pillsbury cookbook.

what temp and how long does it cook for?
ReplyDelete350 and about 45-60 minutes...check with a tooth pick..or completely murder your loaf and check with a butter knife like I do! :)
